“I had the pleasure of working alongside Chris Clark at Byrne Dairy. He is one of the most capable technology leaders I have had the pleasure to know and work with. Chris has a deep, hands-on command of the technology and genuine business judgment, so the conversation is always about practical outcomes. What stands out just as much is his professionalism and his honesty. Chris tells you what is real, what the risks are and what it will take and then he delivers on it. Together we endeavor to stand up successful AI implementations on our Oracle estate that move real operational and financial numbers. Chris facilitates from idea to production with discipline, calm and a genuine care for the team. He earns trust quickly at every level of an organization. I recommend Chris without reservation to any company that wants technology and AI to actually deliver results.

Led enterprise ERP selection across 11 platforms and 8 integrators to SAP S/4HANA Cloud, rolled it out across finance, HR, supply chain, production and distribution, built a three-year roadmap and stood up a new enterprise PMO.
Defined mission-aligned technology roadmaps, directed a custom CRM serving thousands of national volunteers, and established an ITSM framework spanning support, backup and disaster recovery.
Delivered a Salesforce CRM and CMS platform serving 170 affiliate organizations and 100,000+ end users, ran a portfolio of 80+ initiatives, and led an IT organization of 80.
Technology earns its seat when it changes the number on the board's page. I have spent fifteen years in the operating core of organizations where the platform is the business, and I have learned that the hardest part is never the software. It is getting a room of capable executives to commit to one decision, then staying accountable until the result shows up.
I take on the hard, multi-vendor, high-stakes programs others stall on, bring AI in where it removes real cost and risk, and stay accountable through go-live and benefits realization. AI has made executive governance more consequential, not less, and that is the work I want more of.
I am at my best when the stakes are high, the room is divided, and the outcome has to be real.
